“Este taller trata sobre lenguaje, función y memoria, y sobre cómo tomo conciencia de mi propia narrativa. También trata sobre preguntarse por los significados. Sobre el movimiento lento y el movimiento rápido. Sobre el ritmo. ¿Cuánto tiempo tarda en crecer un árbol capaz de acariciarnos con su sombra? ¿Cómo me relaciono con la naturaleza y con los objetos? ¿Cómo vivo la transformación? Este es un taller sobre trabajar la madera con mucha suavidad y lentitud. También, a veces, con mucha rudeza. Me gustaría encontrar algunos significados básicos y esenciales para recordar por qué necesitamos tanto”. - 2009
“This workshop is about language, function and memory and how do I become aware of my own narrative. Also, it is about wondering on meanings. About slow motion and fast motion. About rhythm. How long does it take to grow a tree capable of caressing us with its shadow? How do I relate to nature and objects? How do I handle transformation? This is a workshop about working on wood very softly and slowly. Very roughly too, sometimes. I would like to find some basic and essential meanings to remember why is it that we need that much”. - 2009
